INVITATION FOR PUBLIC COMMENTS: DRAFT HYDROLOGISTS (GENERAL) REGULATIONS, 2026 AND REGULATORY IMPACT STATEMENT
Pursuant to the Statutory Instruments Act, the Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation, in consultation with the Hydrologists Registration Board, has prepared a Regulatory Impact Statement for the proposed Hydrologists (General) Regulations, 2026.
The Cabinet Secretary invites all stakeholders, registered hydrologists, and members of the public to review the documents and submit their written representations or comments within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication.
Where and How to Submit:
Written memoranda and completed Comments Submission Forms may be submitted through any of the following channels:
- By Email: Send soft copies to info@hydrologistsboard.go.ke.
- By Hand Delivery: Deliver hard copies to Maji House, Ngong Road, Nairobi, 4th Floor.
