Public Participation meetings

Pursuant to Article 10(2)(a) of the Constitution of Kenya, as read together with Sections 4(a) and 5(3)(a) and (b) of the Statutory Instruments Act (Cap. 2A), the Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation has organized regional public participation meetings from 6th to 9th October, 2026. All stakeholders, registered hydrologists, and members of the public are invited to attend the physical consultations or submit written memoranda within 30 days from the date of the notice.

Where and How to Submit:

Written memoranda and completed Comments Submission Forms may be submitted through any of the following channels:

• By Email: Send soft copies to [insert email, e.g., info@hydrologistsboard.go.ke.
• By Hand Delivery: Deliver hard copies to Maji House, Ngong Road, Nairobi, 4^th Floor Room 472.
